We offering newly renovated apartments can meet the needs of almost any client,and renting an apartment on a nightly basis is a sensible alternative to the small & stuffy hotel room.

All  cozy apartments from our list are located in the central area of the old and always beautiful Kiev. This is SAFE AREA.  
All apartments are within walking distance of all the main sights, close to Metro stations, the main offices, markets restaurants & cafes.

The apartment you get, is fully equipped and furnished:
decent furniture;  local phone; TV; video;
refrigerator; oven; microwave oven; kitchen appliances;
washing machine,  iron;  hair dryer.
All apartments have hot & cold water. 
 
Most of the apartments are equipped with an air conditioner. 
We provide maid service in all apartments.

We have direct contacts with the owners, without agents or big agencies. That means you can be absolutely sure that no one will enter your place while you are absent. The maid visit will be coordinate with you.

You can choose and reserve any apartment from our list according to its size, class and location. And before your visit we are ready to advice and coordinate your preferences in style and  location of apartment.
